Wondering

Friends, I was wondering with all this talk about protien shakes did anyone ever look to see if they make a protien pill that will work the same way as the shakes? I think when I go out this weekend I am making a special trip to GMC to ask them if they have one. I so, do not like all this mixing every morning. And those protien drinks in a can really nasty tastes like bug spray....Well to the smell and all is bad too. Matches well to bug spray. Your friend, Tina Cannon

LOL, it may be the brand you have. I have never heard of anyone referring to protein Powder smelling like bug spray. LOL Try unflavored, then you can add it to you water, soups, sf jello, things like that. Might be easier to handle. Bug spray indeed. Love Kathy

I think if there was a pill we would have heard of it. Drinks smelling/tasting like bug spray sounds better than some of the things I've heard them compared to. The only drinks in a "can" I've tried were N-A-S-T-Y!!!! The only premixed I've found that I like (and I wasn't real sure at first) is EAS Advant Edge Coffee House in Cafe Caramel flavor. It contains real coffee and I LOVE coffee! They are expensive ($6.99 for 4 at Kroger) so I keep some on hand for those mornings that I just don't have time to mix a shake before heading out the door. What protein powders have you tried? Susan
