9 months ago today! - correction!!!

I didn't think my headache yesterday had me THAT addled. I have lost 90 lbs! since my surgery - not 80. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my hair cut last Thursday and all this week I have had people coming up to me at various places on campus telling me they didn't recognize me at first. They usually preface it with "Girl, you have gotten so skinny!" (I'm wearing my daughter's 14s from New York & Co.) I got a new blouse I thought would fit by Christmas. It's a 12/14 and it fits now, woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's the kind of soft, romantic blouse that will look good a bit loose too so I'll still be able to wear it for Christmas. I've got a red ultra suede skirt that I should be able to wear then that will look great with the blouse. I'm lovin' it!!!!!!!!! Susan

Hey Susan, that's great you too can share clothes, saves on buying them constantly. I had bought a long sleeve shirt back when the winter clothes just started coming out. It was a 12-14, figured by the time it got cold I would be in it. Wrong, I wore it today and it hangs on me. I also bought a new pair of pull on Jeans with the elastic waist. Don't want to pee on myself every 15 minutes from the water pills, so I haven't checked into what I can wear, plus the possibility of having to wear a belt. The jeans are a size 12, and are huge on me. I will need to do some major shrinking in the washer and dryer if I want to continue wearing these outfits. I'm going to have to go down to a size 10 it looks like. I was 106 lbs in 1975 the day I first got married, my wedding dress was a size 10 and had to be made. I was stationed too far to constantly go to D.C. for fittings, so I had to have mine made. I was thin then, I'm 150 now and able to 10-12 on tops and 10 on bottoms. This keeps up and I'll be looking in the children's department. LOL I am bones right now. Even my back cheeks are chapped from sitting, as their is no meat on my butt bones. It hurts to sit on a cushioned pillow and get chapped, even added another pillow and it still bugs me to sit down. Need to get busy. Finally got my home phone turned back on, no long distance unless I buy a phone card. Don't know when I will be able to get my cell phone back on. Not overly worried about it at this time.
