My re-birthday and a request for prayers

On 10/19, 2 years to the day after my GBS, my brother suffered a serious car accident. Bottomline is he is alive, but broke right leg, crushed his left wrist, broke every rib, punctured a lung, and broke his lower back. It took 9 hours of surgery and multiple units of blood and he spent the last few days in the coronary care unit. He is now in a room but its going to be a long road to recovery. The day of the wreck my mom and I were coming home from being at the hospital for hours and hours when she teared up and said " you do know what today is?" I looked at her blank when she explained it was October 19th and that she'd almost lost me two years ago and then almost lost my only sibling on this Otocer 19th. Please keep us in your prayers. As a sideline to my rant last week, I saw all my MS docs and have gotten my meds changed to either liquid or transdermal form and am actually painfree or paintolerable most of the day now. Kelly I will keep your family in my prayers . Hugs I am glad you have gotten some releif from the pain . My best freind lives with us and has MS she has no insurance and is in alot of pain most of the time so I do understand what you deal with Laura

Hey Kelli Happy Birthday and so sorry to hear of your brothers accident. Yes he's in for a long road. But just knowing he's alive and that you are alive to help him should make him feel better.
