6 Months Post Op!

I am officially 6 months out as of yesterday!!! I didn't quite make my mini goal but I am happy with the progress I have made. I am officially down 144 LBS and only have 103 to go! I never in a million years would have thought my goal was obtainable. I know the rapid weight loss is over but i'm going to be optimistic that I can lose the last 103lbs in the next year. Gosh Rose it just doesn't seem like it's been 6 months. Ain't life grand with that 144 lbs gone? I know you have to be feeling a lot more energetic. I pray you reach your goal. I am currently holding at 159-163, my goal is 130, but now I am not trying to lose it, I would look anorixia, and the chemo will make me lose more weight. So I am trying everything possible to not lose any more at this time. I wish you well, proud of you Rose. What other diet allows you to lose that much in 6 months roughly 180 days? None that I know of. If there was, we'd all be on it. Hang in there and you will make your goal, just don't get breast cancer and leukemia in the process. I don't recommend it one bit. Not fun. Congratulations Rose! You are more than half way to your goal and I know you'll make it all the way. Not only have you said goodbye to a 4 as your first number, you've also moved out of the 3's. Before you know it you'll be in Onederland! What a party we'll have then. I was so proud of you at the Walk. You kept right on truckin' on that uphill bridge, not once but twice!!!! Who'd have thought a year ago that we'd be able to do that?! Can you make it for lunch sometime? I'd love to see you again. Susan
