I was updating my profile and I relized that the dates of my first entry was Sep. 14, 2005. Which means I started this process almost exactly a year ago!!!! Which is crazy because it seems like not very long ago. I remember when I first went in and I was having to do my six month diet and all that, I thought it would be forever until I got to have my surgery, but now in one years time, I am post op and down 70 something pounds. Last Sep. I would have done anything to be in this size jeans, lol. I guess I am just feeling greatful and I thought that I would share it. Lots a Luv, Jacqueline

Hey Little One, you have a good reason to be greatful and proud of yourself. You have overcome the anemic problem that you suffered a while back, and now look at what you have lost so far. What other diet program would allow you to lose that much in so little time? None. No one is able to stick to their diets to lose weight, because none of us are strong enough to say no to junk foods, sweets, etc. That is why it is so hard for a morbid or severely obese to lose weight when they hit that 100 lb over weight. I really am excited for you. Keep working that tool, and don't let anything get in your way of losing, being happy about having to eat smaller portions, and I will bet that with-in the next two years there will be a little Jack or Jackie running around. God Bless you little one. With Love Kathy
