Back home and sore
YEOWCH!!! You deserve some couch time.
Just remember, you are still a high risk for blood clots so do get up and move every 30 minutes.
The plastic surgeon who came and spoke to our group told us that because of our "formerly" MO condition, we have larger blood vessels than thinner people. When we lose the weight our blood vessels don't shrink so we will always be at a higher risk for blood clots in our legs following any surgery.
Bless your heart!
Susan
Hi Kelly, honey I'm sorry you had to go thru all this, but like Susan says you need to make yourself walk and move around so you don't end up with a clot, or get infections by not being able to move around. I had one when I was 26. My uterous was falling out the vaginal opening. My sons were 3 and 1. You will heal, and now that you are no longer MO you will heal a lot faster. But you have know the drill and you know what you need to do to get well. I will keep you in my prayers for a speedy recovery and no further complications. You have been thru a lot over the last couple of years, now is the time to heal and get on with your new life. I wish you well. Love you, Kathy
