I have a date!!!!

Hello all I post every once in a while on here. I have been pretty much a lurker most of the time. But I just had to post and tell everyone my surgery date is October 17 exactly one month away and with each passing moment I get a little more antsy and nervous. I will probably be posting more now that I know for sure this is a reality.

Congrats!!!!!!! On Aug 24th I got my Date of Sept 26 it seemed soooo far away. Now I only have 9 days to go. It has gone by so fast. I hope it goes by fast for you also. good luck and see you on the loosing side.

Hi Shelly, congrads on getting your date. That's mom's birthday, and I wish she was able to have this surgery. Would do her a world of good, but she'll be 73 that day. Time will fly by fast, just keep yourself busy, and don't think of tomorrow. Think of today only and see what you can do before you have your surgery. Who's doing it? Hi Kim.... I saw your post about having lap band on Oct30, i see my surgeon on Sept 28 and if I am healing well, he said I can have my surgery within 2 weeks from there, that puts me around oct 14th or so I will be at Centennial in Nashville.. I am sooooooooooooooooo ready ...

thanks for the replys My surgery is going to be at Vandy and Dr Richards is my surgeon. I meet with him on the 3 of October and do my pre admission then. I wonder how quickly the wieght will come off? of well I just am so excited!!!! So is my DH (dear hubby) we went and got new tennis shoes the other day and I saw these jeans they where a size 14 and I told him I would probably his that in a few months concidering I am at a 24 now. well gotta go for now bye
