Back from the DR
Sorry I did not get to post yesterday when I got back from Nashville but I came home to a crisis and ended up my evening my haveing to bury my baby of 7yrs Sasha . I still can not walk past the dogs crates with out crying . She had a gasrtic Torsion and it was beyond doing surgery by the time we found her.
My news is I am healing AWSOME . Dr Dyers was very pleased . He pulled the JP and advanced me onto phase 2 liuduid diets .Kathy he sends all his cases home with their JP for atleast a week just in case . I saw the exersise therapist and dietition and drum roll please ....... I lost 26 lbs Whoo hoooo Iam sooo happy

That's great Laura, mine didn't send me home, I had to stay in a motel for 5 days with the tube in, before it was taken out. I lived over 50 miles away. After he pulled the tube out, we left the next morning to head home. I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. Keep working at it. Sorry to hear about your dog, I have one that is almost 2 months old and she's getting on my last nerves.
Don't forget to walk and drink plenty of water. Love kathy

I am sorry to hear that your dog died. That is really sad. Do you have any other pets? I love my dogs; they provide so much love and comfort. I can't imagine what I would feel like if one of them got hurt or died. Sorry sorry to hear about Sasha.
Melinda thanks . We do have 1 other dog and while I am fond of her she is really hubby's dog . She grew up on the truck with him when he was driving . When he is around the rest of us just don't matter to her . I also have 2 cats . Sahsa was just my ever presant companion she made it her job to gaurd the baby and me . She was a gentle soul unless she thought you ment one of us harm ... I had rescued her just before she turmed a yr old
