Only 3 Days till Surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I only have 3 days until I'm on the losing side.....Still very scared and nervous but yet excited also....It's weird how we can have so many emotions at one time is'nt it? I'm sure I'll do okay but I am still scared....Just wanted to share my thoughts with my newfound family Hope to hear from some of you soon...Tina

Tina, I understand how you feel.... lord knows I felt the same way. But you'll be in and out of surgery before you even know it. Everything happens so fast when you get to Centennial. That's where I had mine done. I posted about my experience if you want to look at my profile. You're in great hands with the staff there and from what I hear, Dr. Dyer is a superb surgeon. Good luck, enjoy your last supper and remember to walk and use your spirometer as soon as possible! Take care April

Hi Tina, we all know that having surgery is a little scary, but don't think of it as that but as a blessing to a healthier you. I know you will do fine, I trust my Lord to watch out for you and you will and are in my prayers. See you on the losing side. Trust your surgeon and allow God to guide his hands. Tina You will do great!!! Dr Dyer is awsome , Wiil say I was very sore but walk walk walk and use your breathing thing and it gets better. I got home last night can't wait till youjoin us on the lossing side Laura

Being scared is only natural. You will do fine and evrything will go great. Keep saying that to yourself! Keep us updated on your progress.You have people here who support you and you will be in my prayers.
