Karen Lee is a LOSER now!!!!!
Hello Everyone,
I am posting for Karen, Let me tell you what, it has been a day for her me and her daughter. First they told her to be there @ 6:30 we are there things moving pretty good. We ck in get lab work do the admissions thing and go back to the holding area. Well that is when all the fun began
We were in there from 7:30am to 3:00pm
So we finally go up to pre-op the nurse comes in asks the norm. then the anesathist(I can not spell sorry)came in and talked put in I.V. Then Dr. Woodman came in and said that there had been some complications this morning in the OR. Duh why didn't the nurses tell us earlier. Anyway they take Karen back at 3:30pm we said our goodbyes and went to put things in the car and went to the gift shop etc. Around 5:00pm "LEE family phone 3." What great news we got she was delayed again. Poor Karen finally was in OR @4:30 they waited until 5 to let us know. We thought the call would be shes in recovery. you can imagine our disappointment. well 6:30 rolls around and myself I am getting worried and I could tell Alicia was too. I kept a positive attitude for her. and Thank the good Lord at around 6:45-7:00 we were told her room # and told she would be in soon. LOL 8:00 soon. After all this she is doing well looked great and moved right off that bed into her comfy bed. I will be going up there in the am to relieve here daughter. post later. Karen says Thank you for all the well wishes and prayers.
