Just wanted to let you all know......

I am down 88.5 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost cried when I saw the scales. I lost 18.5 lbs in the past month. I am so happy. I only have 11.5 lbs to go to the century club!! I am just under 4 months. My surgery date was May2nd. I never thought I would be so happy!! Thanks for all the kind words over the last few months. I hope I can help someone else to find the happiness that I have. Love to all, Sara.

Hi Sara, that's great, I am very proud of you. You keep working at it, and it will come off. Mine is slowing down now, I'm not losing as fast as I was, and my hair is starting to grow back in. That is a relief. Remember work it, work it, work it. Love Kathy

Sara, Way to goo! You are so on the losing side of life now. You are so ready for the seats at the fair and the movies. Now you are going to have all kinds of poeple that you do not know be jealous of you. Soak the new look in, you so deserve it and then some more.. Keep the losing going down in the waist line. And never give up you are almost there. Take it easy and do not put any strain on yourself and do everything your doctor tell's you. We want you thinner and healthier all at the same time.
