I have to lose another 2.5 lbs in order to get approved from ins. This is all. I weighed in at the doctor's office on Friday at 3:15. I am going first thing Monday morning to weigh again. The doctor said I could come every day to weigh until I met my goal and then he would provide written documentation that I have met it. Does anyone know how I can lose 2.5 lbs over the weekend??? I tried Phosposoda but it didn't work. I have taken another tbsp of it today and it still hasn't worked either. I am drinking only Isopure dutch chocolate protein shakes this weekend which has very little carbs and also a lot of water. Any other suggestions? I know that I will also weigh a little less in the morning, and probably weighing in at 3:15 hurt me. The doctor said I had done really well in getting to this point and he knows I will meet the goal. I just need to do it quick!

Hi Melinda, when you weigh-in, do it in the morning, and ALWAYS wear the same weight in clothes. I always wear shorts, t-shirt, and my shoes. Make sure you take your shoes off, I found out my walking tennis shoes weighed 1 lb. I also noticed that when I worn jeans or something besides shorts and a tee-shirt, I would weigh more then I did with shorts on. Pants are heavier, shoes also weigh. Even now when I weigh myself at home, I am in shorts and a shirt. So you might notice that wearing light weight clothes and taking off your shoes, you may notice that you have lost the weight. Plus drink a lot of water. I wish you the best and hope to see you next weekend when I come to Nashville. Keep me posted. Love Kathy
