I met Dr. McDowell

How long did it take for Dawn with Dr. McDowell's office to send in the paperwork and then to get a response from your insurance company. She says that she has sent in my paperwork twice and my insurance company says that they still haven't received any information from his office. I'm really getting frusterated with her. It seems like they dropped the ball on some things, they even lost my paperwork on my initial nutritional eval. -Alyssa
