Nashville Walk from Obesity

Good morning everyone! The Nashville Walk from Obesity will be on Saturday, October 7th. The Walk will be held rain or shine at Hall of Fame Park in downtown Nashville. Registration begins at 8:30 am and the Walk will start at 9:00 am. Driving directions to the park from the interstates: All interstates (1-65, I-40, I-24) connect to the downtown area. Exit on Broadway (east), and drive toward the downtown area. Take a right on Fourth Avenue. The HALL OF FAME PARK is one block on the right Physicians: David Dyer, MD; Hugh Houston, MD; Doug Olsen, MD; Albert Spaw, MD; Charles Morton, MD You can register online or get more information at: http://www.walkfromobesity.com/nashville/index.php I am in charge of developing the teams and I'm searching for team captains! You only need 5 or more to be a team. Your duties are simply to recruit the additional walkers for your team and to encourag them to register as early as possible. Brad Schmitt from the Tennessean column "Brad about You" will be our MC and we are working on the entertainment. Please let me know if you're willing to be a team captain, if not then please go ahead and register yourself. *PLEASE NOTE, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PART OF A TEAM TO PARTICIPATE! I am interested in becoming a team captain. My husband had gastric bypass in Knoxville, TN, but he is from Nashville. I am currently in the process of seeking insurance approval for Lap Band.
