Wooo Hooo I'm kicking my butt into gear!!!

Hey Guys, Well I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I miss Kathy on the boards, I think about her and pray she is doing better!!! I have finally kicked my butt into gear and started stepping up my exerciseing. At first I had hardly no energy, but now I am really starting to feel good. I joined the ymca down the street, and I have been going to boxing combo class, and then of course using the treadmill there. Which is really nice because they have the personal tv's attached and I just plug in my headphones and I can watch whatever I want, it really makes the time go by so much faster!!! I'm at 227, and that means I have 28 pounds to loose to get to my mini goal of being under 200 by the time school starts!!! Wish me luck!!!

Jacqueline, you go!!!!! I sure wish there was a gym closer to me but I'll just have to try to get the walking in. I'm happy that you are feeling better. I sure hope I get the energy back soon. Good luck and keep up the good work........Terry

Hey little one, I am here in West Virginia but I'll be back in TN on the 26th. I miss everyone here, but I prayer for this board and everyone one it every night. I have 50 more lbs to lose to my goal. It's an exciting new life. I work out at my parents every day in fact several days as I have to keep going up and down the stairs, plus use my Gazelle. Every thing is going great. Had to have my cat of 6 years put down today. She's been in quaratine for 10 days for biting me, and she was foaming at the mouth. Well, she doesn't have rabies, but where I am moving to, I can't have pets. I don't want her to suffer the trip back to TN in this heat and get sick on me again. I'm glad she doesn't have rabies, I have to take enough shots during the week, let alone rabie shots. ugh. Work at it really hard and you will lost the weight you want to lost or at least most of it before school starts again. I know you can do it, and God knows too.
