considering lap band

i am considering lap band surgery. go for seminar on 7/13 in dalton georgia. would like to hear from anyone who has had surgery at the hamilton medical center or has been to the hamilton weight management center in dalton georgia. who in this group is the best doctor. thanks.

Hey Angie, Did you try posting this on the lapband board? Some of the lapband people only go there and won't go on any of the other boards. Sorry I can't answer your questions, since I had mine in Memphis. HTH, Trisha

Good morning Angie I am going for lap band surgery soon but in Nashville( I hope) at Centennial I researched all the surgeons there and they and the hospital are both on the center of excellence. it is over a 2 hour trip one way but but just about all weight loss surgeons were about the same distance for me in any direction besidesthe lap band forum you could try posting in the Georgia forum since that is where you want to go.. good luck Arianna
