Slim Fast High Protein???

Hey!!! How was everyones fourth of July??? Downtown Nashville has the greatest fireworks show I have ever seen!!! It was so much fun!!! Anyway I've been better about my protein I started drinking those low carb slim fasts. But I saw a commerical just now for slim fast high protien. Any of you tried them yet?? Luv ya'll!!! Jacqueline

Hey! My 4th was pretty good. Glad to hear your's was also. I haven't tried the Slim Fast High Protein. Do you know how much sugar is in them? I use the Atkins Advantage every once in awhile. They are pretty good. I can't remember how many grams of protein, but I think it's about 18 maybe? Anyway, I hope you are doing good. Sara.

Hey Jacqueline, Ok...so there are two different types of slim fast with extra protein, one is the high protien and the other is the low carb. DO NOT use high protein. It has like 26 grams of carbs. The low carb has 18 grams of protein and like 3 carbs. They are good. I like the vanilla best myself. They have them at walmart. that's the only place I have found them. Rachael

Thanks Rachael, I saw a commerical for it this afternoon, and I had never heard of it before that so... 26 grams of carbs I guess that's why I hadn't heard anything!!! How is your weight loss coming along? How are you feeling? I'm starting to feel better, I want to get out there and do more. Even with just this little bit of weight off, I feel more healthy. Once I get this food thing figured out I will be better off.
