Ok, Where did all of my friends go????
Hello everyone! Where are you guy's at? Just wanted to let you all know that I have started walking a little more. I wish I could do more but at this time I feel lucky to get in as much as I do. I just DO NOT want to waste my window to lose as much as I can. It really feels good to walk even if it's not to much. Now, I have a question for you all. I know Kathy has to drink a certain kind of water because others don't sit well w/ her pouch. Do any of you guy's have a bad after taste when you drink water? I CRAVED water for about 2 or 3 weeks after my surgery, now I can't bear the aftertaste it has. Do any of you all have the same problem? Another thing, if I add Crystal Lite, do I still get the same benefit's as if I drink just plain water? Maybe I am slow here, but I would think that plain water would be best. I know the C.L. is sugar free, but don't we need just good ol plain water for our bodies? Sorry this is such a long post, but sometimes I get carried away. Hope all of you all are doing well.
Sara.

The Crystal Lite is fine especially if you find you just can't tolerate the plain water right now. Of course some plain water is going to be the best thing for your body but any calorie free, sugar free liquid is going to be a fine substitute. The main thing is to get your fluids, especially with the temperatures starting to climb. Some of the aftertaste you are experiencing may be from the chemical changes due to the intense fat burning going on right now. Give it a few more weeks and you may enjoy plain water again.
Sounds like you're doing well.
