Hey Jacqueline, I have made several trips to the store in order to try new things because not everything I have tried works for me. Right now I am eating instant mashed potatoes made with only milk and margarine and 2Tablespoons of cream cheese melted in. For a half cup it's 8 grams of protein. I also found Peter Pan creamy peanut butter No Sugar added made with Splenda. 9 grams of protein for 2 tablespoons. I have had that for lunch alone a couple times. EAT SLOWLY! Fat free refried beans with melted cheese is good too. Cottage cheese (small curd) Carb Control yogurt. I have also been having a lot of sugar free popsicles. Also, I have been making my own pudding. Sugar Free Fat free Jello pudding comes in like 8 flavors. My fav. is cheesecake. It's awesome. a half cup is 4 grams protein. Also, I found the quaker instant oatmeal Lower sugar made with milk is 6grams of protein. I just try to get 4-6 grams of protein in the three small meals a day like Molly said and then have shakes and soups in between for extra protein. Let me ask you....what the heck are you eating with that darn Actigall? NASTY Rachael

Hey Rachael, Thanks for the tips. I will have to try the cheesecake pudding, I've been so lazy I've just been buying the premade kinds, but they only come in chocolate and vanillia, I need to start mixing it up. That's what I take with the Actigall, and yup it sure is sick!!! Jacqueline

Hey Jacqueline, Last week in Kroger I found premade SF/FF Caramel. It was in the refrigerated case beside all of the other premade puddings. It is wonderful! I'm glad to see some of the puddings come out with Splenda. I can't have the other sweeteners so I haven't been able to have pudding, either premade or mix at home, until recently. I wish they would start making some of the mixes with Spenda instead of aspartame. Susan

Hi Jacqueline, When I was on pureed, I pureed whatever I could get my hands on including vegtable beef soup and lean cuisine glazed chicken, and beanee weenees. I even had pureed meatloaf and squash casserole and green bean casserole (Unjury unflavored protein powder mixed in wasn't bad). I also really enjoyed the liquid out of Wendy's chili if I was away from home, and took it home several times and pureed the whole 99 cent cup (of course I couldn't eat all of it at one time). Some people really like pureed tuna, but I couldn't do it! Angela Judd
