I want to shout from the rooftops!!!

Hey everybody!! I haven't posted in a while but I've been reading the post. Today I called Vandy to see if Beth had heard from my insurance company but she didn't call me back. Well...........when I got home from work, went to the mailbox and there was a letter from Cigna. I HAVE BEEN APPROVED!!!!!!!!! I am happy dancing tonight. Can hardly wait to call Beth in the morning.

Hi Terry, My name is Ann & I was just looking around the Site & saw your posting. I actually don't live far from you. I live in Bodenham. I had my surgery almost 2 years ago and my only regret is that I did not do it sooner. I am 5 foot 2 and have been holding at 120 lbs for almost a year and feel great. No more blood pressure & Cholesterol medicine for me! Do you have a date yet for your surgery? Good luck & I will keep you in my prayers. Ann

Hi Ann. We sure don't live very far apart. Nice to see someone so close. I don't have a surgery date yet. I just got my approval last Thursday and I called Beth on Friday. Since it was a holiday weekend most everyone was out of the office. She said she would work on it and get back with me next week. Congrats on your great acheivement. What you have done is exactly what I want to do. I want to get off all these medicines. Who was your surgeon? Thanks for the prayers..........Terry

Hi Terry, i actually went to Huntsville for my surgery. Dr Facundus did my surgery at Crestwood Hospital and he is great! So was everyone at Crestwood. He has a link on this website. I work with several other ladies who had sugery done by him and he's the best. Hope you get your date soon. Ann
