Anyone traveling out of country for surgery?

Hi Jaime! Welcome to the TN board. I have considered going out of the Country and have done a lot of research. I am currently waiting to determine if my insurance will cover the surgery. If not, I will be self paying and going out of the country. I have researched Dr A. Did you already have surgery? Misty

Hi Misty, No, I haven't had surgery yet. Just found out my insurance made it a policy to no longer cover any type of WLS as of Jan. 1, so I have decided to go with Dr. Ungson. I'm hoping my hubby can go with me, he loves Mexico. Jaime
