That's right my friends, I have lost 79.5 lbs, I now weigh 198. That's 68 to go. Yippy. I need to get showered and dressed. I haven't worked out for a week cause of this clot. Well, I plan on working out today regardless. I'll just use my Gazelle and work on the thighs and hips. Y'all have a great day. Love ya bunches, Kathy

How are you doing little one? Tomorrow's your big day. I am so excited for you. Thank you. But I don't recommend having to take chemo pills to help lose the weight. They say it takes 6 months for a woman to lose 100 lbs, and I have less then two months to go for my 6 months out of surgery. I am averaging about 2 lbs a day. It can be done. Just stick to the tool that you are going to have and you can do it too. You're in my prayers for a safe surgery and recovery. God be with you, Kathy

Thanks Laura, but I am not doing anything different. I eat two meals a day as it's hard to eat in the mornings because of the chemo. But I had a small serving of potatoe salad, some Bryers ice cream this afternoon, my water. Right now I am ready to warm up some boneless skinless chicken breast that was grilled on Sunday. The other piece of fish is going into the trash. I'm tired of eating on it. Here's a great drink for the summer and easy on the stomach.. Blend up a pound of strawberries, add sugar or splenda to taste, and 1/2 gallon of water. I strained mine to get the little pieces of strawberries out. I don't like flavored water, but my daughter-n-love made this up and it's fantastic. I have beeen drinking it all day. I am hoping with this I'll be able to start getting in my water count. You hang in there, and you will be a major loser like me. Love ya, Laura, Kathy

Hi Lisa, thank you. I'm averaging about 2 lbs a day. I have less then two months for my six months out. I pray I am at the 100lbs gone by then. That will leave me 47 lbs to go. Then I can start having some of the excess flab removed. I love this tool. I don't feel hungry, I don't have head hunger, and I still feel great. You take care and hopefully my new picture will be posted soon. Love ya, Kathy 277.5/198/130 goal

Thank you Sara. I feel great about that, just wish I felt great everywhere. This chemo is really whacking me out. Just spent the afternoon hooked up to potassium and Magnesium at the cancer center as I was low again. I don't see how, I've been taking the meds for the Magnesium and doing the fizz drink for the potassium. The only thing that it's doing is causing a rash on both arms everytime I take any form of potassium. They had to give me a shot of phenragan as I got really queasy while I was there. I left there at 5pm and went to work out. I managed 15 minutes on the bike and felt I better get home. I was getting to queasy and sick feeling inside. Later girlfriend, love ya, Kathy
