Hi Rose, I just finished reading your profile. I am curious about why it's almost a month later that you are finally getting to come home. You will just have to satisfy this Kat, or she'll die, like the saying curiousity killed the Kat. I wish you well, and I know God is keeping his hand on your shoulder. With my love, kathy
well it is very nice being home but i'm still not 100%. My blood level is still pretty low which is keeping me pretty tired and I still hurt pretty badly but i'm fighting through it. I just pray everyday I get better and stronger. As of right now if you asked me I would still say I regret doing it...but hopefully over time that will change
. Will keep you all up to date.
Rose

Oh my gosh Rose, you have been thru a lot. I had to have blood 1 pint on my third day then 2 more pints a month later. I'm anemic. White cells fight infection of the system. For me it was how they found out I had Leukemia. First they had to do the MRI to find out why I was in so much pain in my back. Then the testing began. While in the hospital I was on a pain medication just above morphine and it kept me pretty knocked out. I pray that everything is going better for you. Don't freak out from gaining weight while in the hospital, I put on 40 lbs from all the saline pumping into my system. It was gone a week later. This week makes it three weeks of not having to be hospitalized out of 4 months.
Rose, I am just sorry you had to go thru all this. But please know that in about another month you won't have any regrets having this surgery when you start to really notice the weight coming off. I know I have no regrets, I just wish I knew more about the chemo pills prior to surgery. They lower my potassium levels. So far it has been staying in the normal range for three weeks. There's hope after all.
Rest, drink, get in your protein, and walk. That will help you a lot. Love ya and sending you my prayers, Kathy
ROSE!!! OMG!! I am sitting here .tears streaming down my face while I read your profile ... Noone should have to go thru such pain and agony but it is now hopefully behind you and you are and hopefilly will forever be pain free and are on your way to a fully happy life Arianna P.S. folks who have always been thin and have no compassion for us "fat" folks, should read what we endure maybe then ..they might get a tiny glimse of our lives and hardships.
