How long did it take you from referral to operation?

My doctor referred me to the program last Sept. I started the program Dec.3 and my last assessment was on June 23. My surgery was Sept. 20. So the whole process took about a year. Quick I thought.

 Hi, I actually did my referral August 2010 and had my first assessment mid August 2011... Have you had yours yet?

That sounds good to me too! My referral was Sept 7 so I should not be so worried yet that I have not heard anything from them.
