Meetings with The Ministry of Health

Hello all, A quick update. I was in meetings with The Ministry of Health today, discussing what strategies the SBSSG is incorporating going forward, our wellness programming, as well as potential partnerships. It was extremely positive and encouraging to hear what The Ministry has to say about their goals and plans for battling Obesity here in the Province. It went so well, we've already scheduled meetings for the Fall to discuss what we have done in the interm and what The Ministry of Health is doing to meet some concerns/goals I brought forward. This is great news, and I believe this is the start of something awesome! Joel Sopp President of the SBSSG
