* Have an updated profile on ObesityHelp
* Must be attending the East Coast Event on May 20-22, 2005
* You can still register to be included:

* To enter you must write a short paragraph at the top of your profile stating why you should be Queen or King of the East Coast Convention.

* ObesityHelp will choose the finalist who will be announced Friday night.
* Your peers will vote for the King and Queen on Friday night. Winner will be announced Saturday morning. Winner must be in attendance.

The King and Queen will receive a number of gifts and recognition in honor of them being crowned our 2005 King and Queen of the ObesityHelp East Coast National Convention.

Saturday night we will honor our King and Queen with a Royal Ball. So dust off your formal wear and get ready for a Royal time.

Hi my name is Pam, and I am from Iowa. I was scheduled 3 seperate times to have the Gastric ByPass Surgrey done, and all 3 times it got cancelled. Well needless to say 3 weeks ago (for my third time) I was to have it done, I got a phone call, and the surgeon that was going to do it is leaving. (Mind you, it took me over a year to get where I am at, I have done all the procedures I had to go through, and now have to somewhat start over). Now I found a doctor in Sioux Falls (I should say I went, and saw my family Dr. today, and he got the ball rolling), by the name of Dr. Harris, and I was hoping that maybe someone could give me alittle information/imput on him. I am going to the seminar he has comming up on May 3rd. Any informatin would be of great help. Thanks a million!

Miss Carolyn is a lovely 71 year old lady from Forest, MS, who has been attempting to have WLS, but is hearing now that due to medical conditions and age, it may not be a possiblity for her. She is very discouraged and upset. She does not have a computer and will not be able to respond, but I wanted her to know that people from all over the country were praying for her.
