I wish I could help you, but my consult was with Dr. Graham - and I decided on the RNY. I've lost 100 lbs. in six months and am feeling really good. I've listened to Dr. O Brian at our support meetings and he seems to know what hes talking about. Come to our support meetings every third Monday of each month at SV Hospital. Thank you. I am having a little trouble with my insurance I hope I still am having surgery on my date. I want this so bad but I am a little scared too. I hope after the initial few weeks I will be happy about my decision : ) That is so awesome about your weight loss I am very happy for you. Congrats~ I had open RNY on Dec. 5th with Dr. Sufficool in Rapid. Love him! The first few days are going to suck!!! Just an FYI. Everybody always talks about after they lose weight and I wasn't expecting to regret everything like I did. Now I am 3 weeks out and so glad that I did it. I am down 26lbs and going back to work next week! If you have any questions I would love to help you out if I can! Good luck and take care!

Hi there, I'm approved for the band with Dr. O'brien and will be having my surgery in April what I'm wondering is.. what does he require pre-op from his patients What sort of diet? What sorts of tests? Just want to be as prepared mentally as I can be =) Melissa
