Topic: RE: Dr OBrien Patients?
Your primary doctor would need to give you a referral to Dr. O and the appointment will be made from there.
Topic: Dr OBrien Patients?
I'm insured through Dakotacare, and am trying to get information on becoming one of Dr OBrien's patients for the DS surgery. Does anyone know how I would go about that? I tried emailing his office, but the auto-responder is still set up from Christmas! :)
Any info would help... Thanks!

Topic: Plastic Surgery Jan. 11th
Okay everybody. I had my TT/Hernia repair on January 11th. Just want to warn you all that PS is much different than the WLS. This has been an emotional rollercoaster compared to my bypass. It has been very hard to recover from this one also.
Anyway, I just wanted to share with you all that I did post pictures if you would like to take a look. They are a little graphic, however I still wanted to share them for some odd reason...who knows. It is a part of my life that I will always remember.
I hope you all are doing well!

If it's a completely liquid diet then it the amount really doesn't matter. Did he give you any caloric limits? I was able to avoid the liquid diet by losing 18 pounds on my own in the months before...I was VERY motivated!

I'm out 18 months and have lost about 158 lbs. (Dr. Graham) I seem to have stopped losing, but have not gained...I hope not to. I've started some of my poor habits once agin - although I really need to get back on track. I am so happy for you...Congratulations

I also had Dr, Glatt, love that man, reminds me of a kid in a candy store. Congrats on your weight loss, I am 4 months out and have lost nearly 100 lbs. How do you stop when you are comfortable?
