Hello there friends~ Just thought I'd let you know I am still here and I still check the boards!! How about the rest of you?? How are you doing? I had the lap RNY in December. Had a bowel obstruction and emergency surgery. I am finally feeling better after 2 months. I know things will continue to improve. The one thing I struggle with is EXCERCISE!! The treadmill is boring and it's TOO COLD to go outside. I look very forward to spring!! Blessings~ Becky

Becky, Congratulations on your surgery - I hope the problems are behind you. There are some great walking & in-home DVDs you can get to do fun exercies in your house. Best of luck. Kadie
