Surgery Date

I have my surgery scheduled for Oct. 6th at Avera McKennan with Dr. Harris. Does anyone out there participate in the support group located in Sioux Falls? I know several people who have had the surgery done in Sioux Falls but no one has gone to a support meeting so I'm just wondering if there is much participation in the group? Wendy My date is Sept 30th at Avera McKenna with Dr Harris too.... Small world I have not heard of a support group, but I did get a letter from the Bariatric Inst that they may be starting one.... Good luck to you!!!

Wendy, Thank you so very much for the email at the hospital. That email was so unexpected, it made my whole day!! Things are going good for me. I got the staples out today (found out I am allergic to them). I've lost 21 lbs in two weeks & am feeling ok..... You hang in there, I'm hoping things went well for you too!!!!! Thanks again Leah
