Update..getting excited

Hi all, So I have my last Dr. appointment on Tuesday the 21st and then all I have to do is wait for insurance! I am so excited, scared, nervous, ...heck I have just been all over the chart with emotions...I work with the surgeon who is going to be doing my surgery and I cry almost everytime we talk about it...I bet he can't wait for me to get this done! HA..anyway...how long does an insurance approval usually take? Thanks!

So glad you are getting closer...insurance depends. I knew within a month, but some have waited much longer. It would be nice if you could start 2007 on the losing side. One suggestion...when you get your date, go to the forum for that month and start conversing. I had surgery on June 8, 2006 - and I go on the June 06 board all the time. It is great to visit with people who are at about the same stage as you are. Just a suggestion. Good luck...let us know as soon as you find out surgery date.
