Dr. Voellenger will be preforming my DS in a few months. His office staff has been extermely helpfull, and I have the upmost confidence in him. I have spoken with several people who have had their DS and RNY done by him. I had several people try to talk me out of using him, but after speaking with his patients, I knew he was the surgeon for me. As for Dr. Balder, I have not met him, but I haven't heard anything negative about him.

I just wont to know just how much because I and my husband do'nt have any money extract we go from pay check to pay check every week.month. I feels as he see me as lazy and fat at time so what I 'm trying to say is I need help I'm not ready to die yet. Work for a Medicaid HMO in SC. Just keep a good record of that 6 mo of diet history. That is what I see as the biggest hold up. Remember you can use your Primary care Doctor for this.

Dr. Mitchell performed his 1407th RNY on me on 13 September 2010. He was, and is, absolutely wonderful. He has since moved from NC to Charleston, but he continues to see me for my check-ups.
I can't say enough good things about him. He saved my life!!!
