Topic: RE: going to mrytle beach
Well I havent been on here for a long time, not sure if anyone even knows who i am. But I live in the myrtle beach area and i am 4yrs post op..Have had many many complications and 14 surgeries..Starting to do better. I hope you have fun while staying here....and a note to usafwifetanya..a note about the hardrock themepark. I work for a hotel here and got free tickets to go this past week to check it out so we could help with publicity...its so NOT WORTH IT...There was a group of us that went, we all got in free other than the $10 parking fee but it was terrible..You can do pretty much the same things at broadway at the beach...other than the 2 adult rides there...but just thought i would let you know before you spent all that money going there. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone....
Topic: RE: protein shakes???????????
There were a few that I could handle, but I'm still partial to Herbalife's Beverage Mix - it's 15 grams of protein in an 8-12 ounce glass of water & comes in Peach Mango (my FAVORITE!) and Wild Berry (good with a little Splenda mixed in). There are Herbalife distributors just about everywhere (I know - I live with one!) since you can't get it in the stores. It comes in a box of 7 for $10.95. Good luck & keep trying different stuff - you're tastes will change over time & it's easy to get bored with a certain tastes.

Topic: RE: insurance
MedCost isnt an insurance. Its a network (prices & pays claims)
so... it depends on the employer's exclusions....

Hey Linda,
My name is Fab & I live in West Columbia. My RNY is scheduled for May 27th, I'm amonth behind you & I think Dr. Givens is supposed to assist Dr. Strickland in my surgery. I'd love to hear about your personal surgery experience & recovery. I am excited & nervous at the same time. I have been doing a lot of research the past 2 months & depression seems to be quite common post-op, but from what I can tell, It seems to pass rather quickly! Just message me from my profile & we
can compare notes.
Hope you feel better soon
