Topic: Not feeling well
I had my staples taken out yesterday and what a relief. I actually came home and laid down in my bed and slept on my right side for about an hour. When I woke up I didn't feel all that great so I ate some Chicken soup that I got from the hospital. Since then I have not felt well. I haven't been getting sick. I just have like this heavy feeling. I have no energy what so ever. Has this happened to anyone? If I am feeling this way tomorrow, I am going back to the Dr. I am just scared they will have to open me back up and I don't want that. Does anyone have any input on this? Thanks for all your help!!

I know this is a ittle late and by now you are out of surgery and recovered but P&PT's. I'm sure you will do fine. Keep us posted.

I got my staples out yesterday. And I was so glad. I just feel more like me. They were so sore and it was just from the staples. Hope everything goes well and you feel a little bit normal, lol. P&PT's.

Hello to all. I am currently living in North Carolina but I was born and raised in South Carolina in a small town called North in Orangeburg county. I was wondering if anyone lived close by there? I am scheduled to have my surgery June 6, 2008. I am very excited and quite nervous. I know this is the best thing for me and my health. I grew up in a family that were overweight and have been all of my life. The one thing that I wish, would be for my mother to still be alive and see me after I have lost alot of my weight. But I know she will be looking down on me from heavan and holding my hand right threw my surgery.

I use Optimum Nutrition (ON) Pro Complex in Chocolate.
Serving = 2 Scoops
Calories = 270
Fat = 1 gram
Carbs = 5 grams (2 Fiber; 1 Sugars)
Protein = 60 grams
It's not the cheapest protein powder, but if you buy during the first 7 days of the month at GNC, you can get 20% off.
You can also reduce the serving to 1 scoop or 1.5 based on your daily caloric needs. You can also mix with water or milk. I've learned the best taste for me is half water and half skim milk, even though I can drink any way.

ok it has been almost four weeks since my tummy tuck and i was wondering if anyone out there has ever heard of a tummy tuck in which the doctor had to cut from the pubic bone up to the belly button due to not enough skin????
paid alot for this procedure and dont want that scar someone help

I have lost 150lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! still have about 50 more to go but that will be easy compared to whats a lready gone.
