I wanted to wish you good luck for your up coming surgery. It's normal to be nervious. I think everyone goes through this. The way I did, I tried to think about the things I will be able to do when I got the weight off. How healthy I will be with less weigh. Get in the" I'm going to do this for me mode".

I had my surgery in feb and know how you feel but it was so worth it. Just take a deep breath and relax and it will be all over before you know it. We'll keep a space for you on the losers bench, see you there.

There is a support group in Sumter the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm at the New Hope Center on S. Laffayette St. Hope this helps

I missed your happy monday post .... so Happy Friday. Hope you are continuing to do good. Funny, ham was the 1st thing I dumped on at about 8 weeks out. It was Christmas and I was cutting up a ham and popping it in my mouth without thinking. I didn't eat ham for a LONG time after that....
