I'm so glad to hear you're doing well.. and so sorry to hear about your marriage breaking up... it just figures.. here I am.. totaly in LOVE with my husband and happily married.. and "THE STUD MUFFIN" of the year is now single... But I'm sure with that sexy hard body you've been working on ... you'll have no trouble finding dates!!

As far as camping goes, I didn't see myself as the camping type either... when John suggested it, I had to lay down some rules..

#1. I must have full bathroom.. I don't "DO" public showers/potties
#2. I do NOT sleep on the ground.. therefore, a bed is a MUST .....
#3. If I can't plug in my hair dryer/flat iron and blender for MARGARITA'S .. there is no use in taking me out of my comfy home...

So we bought a 2009...20 foot travel trailer, sleeps 7 ... full bathroom with tub and shower.. microwave, range top and stove... built in stereo, Central Heat and AC ... with cable hook up .. and .... all the plugs I need to do hair/make up and blend MARGARITA'S!

I'm so glad to hear your keeping busy with the marathons and such.. I do NOT however have any comment about the "GOOFY CHALLENGE" ... the simple fact that you're going to participate in it... says it all (((( insert evil grin here )))))

As far as weight, I'm down 115 on any given GOOD day.. I bounce back and forth with 4 to 5 pounds.. at times, and it's frustrating.. but I'm feeling great.. and feeling healthy..

YOUR NOT ALONE ON THIS PROBLEM, BELIEVE ME, I STRUGGLE WITH IT EVERYDAY AND GET DOWN ABOUT IT WHICH MAKES ME WANT TO EAT MORE. I WENT OFF OF MY HORMONES AND I'M PLAYING HELL WITH IT. MY APPETITE IS TWO-FOLD AND MY LEGS AND FEET ARE STARTING TO SWELL AGAIN, SOMETHING I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH IN YEARS. I'M THINKING ABOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY PCP AND STARTING BACK ON THE HORMONES, SINCE DR. BOUR WOULDN'T WRITE ME A NEW PRESCRIPTION FOR THEM LAST TIME I WAS THERE TO SEE HIM. MY NEXT APPOINTMENT IS OCTOBER 2 WITH DR. BOUR AND I AM AFRAID THE SCALE IS UP FROM LAST TIME, NOT BY A LOT BUT ENOUGH THAT I NEED TO DO SOMETHING NOW. GO SEE HIM AND GET HELP THEN LET US KNOW WHAT HE SAYS SO MAYBE WE CAN ALL START LOSING AGAIN.

I'm so sorry you're going through this right now, but I would suggest keeping your appt. (My opinion )  Now would be the time to have everything checked out since you had your labs done and also to see what's going on.  With the exercise you could be gaining muscle, which weighs more.   You never know what's going on, but better to find out now then to wait and get more discouraged.   I just saw him and I gained some too.  We just talked about how it does get harder the further out you get, and what to do to make sure I get it going back in the right direction,  DOWN!    STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP!!!

So sorry I won't be able to make it.  I have a previous planned thing in Columbia that night that I can't miss.  Hope to see you all soon!
