I went to the meeting last night.  Only a few people showed up. It was fun.  Missed all of you guys. 
I may try to go to the next meeting, but lately I have a lot of nausea, so I am not sure if the cooking support group is good for me.  I think the anti-ulcer medicine make me nausaeted. Go figure.  But it is one of its side effects.   
I love my magic bullet.  I do almost anythng with it, including eggs for egg omelet, salsa, ground coffee or nuts, or spices, etc.  Once you have it, I will show you how to make a soft ice cream in 1 min or less...(using whey powder).

Oh I know I love Paula Dean too I am starting to think that her recipes cannot be conveerted. The person that makes things so easy for me to convert is Rachel Ray I never cared for her show before surgery but now I am addicted to 30 minute meals   If none of the newbies want the magic bullet I'll bring it along with me on Tuesday for you :)

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that I made the White Chicken Chili recipe that is on your blog and it was delicious.  My family loved it.  I too am addicted to cooking shows now.  I have been trying to convert recipes to healthier versions.  Unfortunately, my favorite show is Paula Deen's and there is not too much healthy conversion you can do to her recipes.   Melissa
