Got a call from Carmen at Dr. Bour's office today and I'm approved!!!  My surgery is going to be Dec. 23.  My birthday is Dec 24 so.....Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas to me!!

Hey Sis don't take that 1 inch from me 5' 2"  I'm short..  Yep    I think the goal Dr B set also has age figured in too.  when you are older you can weigh a little more 8-10 lbs   Thanks Jess, I hope I can inspire someone else to lose....

Just a quick question, how tall are you? the doc wants me to be 140 as well and I am 5 feet tall and my personal goal is 130.

Are you from Brunswick GA?  I am from SSI, and my husband grew up in Brunswick.  We both grew up there our whole lives, and unfortunately now have to live in CA, not by choice, but by job.

My parents sold our home on SSI, and moved up to McIntosh with the rest of SSI it seems, and built a house on the river up there.  I really really really have been so homesick lately!! 

We went to the GA vs. Arizona game a couple of weeks ago, and were so fired up, and were going to get tickets for the GA/FLA game, but then they lost last week to stupid Alabama, so our excitement has faded a bit, not sure if we will get home for the GA/Fla game anymore or not??

So, when did you have your surgery?  It seems you had it in GA?  I wish my mom would have it, but she will not even think of it.

I had my surgery 3 yrs ago in Charleston SC, and it was a Godsend!  So glad I did it, and its been amazing.

Just recently however, I have gained like 10-15lbs and cannot determine why, other than I am 3 yrs post op??  It is so depressing, but I am trying to do anything to get this weight off!
