Wow, You go girl.  Keep up the good work.

Mine is sililar to Mary's first I get dizzy then the nausea comes and I dry heave and sweat and shake for around 15 minutes then when that part is over I start freezing. Happened to me last night from eating an egg! I really have to watch my fats and sugars and when I think I am being so good or careful it happens, I just never know what might cause it on a particular day.

I have dumped two times in two years and it's not fun. My symptoms were very similar to what diabetics experience when their bloodsugar drops. I had shaking, sweating, nausea,  then later I got diarreah and felt like poop all over. I don't tolerate anything with sugar alcohols in it, so I am limited to what surgar free products I can use.

Well Happy Birthday to you...the ironic thing is it really will be a new "birth" day!!!  I'm so excited for you.  There isn't a day that goes by that I don't thank God for this gift.  I feel like a new person and soon you will too.  Best of luck to you...you'll be on the losers bench before you know it!!  Melissa
