LOL!! She has her mommy's genes. I took her to the doctor yesterday and she is over 15 lbs and she is almost 3 months. She is in the 95 percentile for her weight .......but also for her height, so as long as she is getting longer as she gets heavier she will be ok. hehe. Happy Halloween All!!

Thanks! I feel so lucky to have her. Thanks to gastric bypass, after 15 years I finally have my baby girl. I love being a new mommy again........but 15 years older it is a lot harder on me......and the gray hair. LOL!!

Hello all!!

Just moved to Greenville about a month ago and am looking for a doctor (PCP).  I was working on getting surgery in Maine (what a pain in that state, insurance will pay but not many doctors do the surgery and those that do have really strict quidelines) but had to move with fiance' for his job.  So I am now having to find another doctor and start over.  If anyone knows of a good doctor, please let me know. 

So far I love this state.  It's beautiful but I am not so sure about Greenville school district.  Have already had issues with them.  Teachers are great, school is great, but some of the rules are crazy.  Told me I couldn't dye my daughter's hair purple and asked me to wash the dye out.  Told them I wouldn't.  It's only semi-perm and it will wash out in 6-8 weeks.  But other than that, I am very happy that my family moved here.

I think everyone hates the drain tube. The part that hurt me was the stitches. They dry out and feel like they shrink causing a pinching. But is doesn't hurt when they take the tube out. It's the stitches that kinda hurt when they take them out. But it's not unbearable though.  Hang in there. Teresa M.

I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT ITCHING OR BURNING, BUT IT DID PULL WHERE THE STICHES HOLDING IT IN WERE AT. THE DRAINAGE WAS NOT GREEN BUT WAS MORE OF A LIGH****ERY YELLOW COLOR. AT THE HOSPITAL WE ALWAYS TELL PATIENTS IF THE DISCHARGE IS GREEN OR HAS  AN ODOR TO CALL THE DOCTOR.  GUESS YOU WILL FIND OUT TOMORROW WHEN IT IS REMOVED. GOOD LUCK!
