Hey everyone, Had my 6 month check up and two week from gallbladder surgery.  Everything great.  Officially 90 pds since June 4th.  I really want to break 100 before the new year.  I think I could use a HIP HIP Horray!!.   My christmas gift this year was walking into Liz Claiborne and fitting an XL instead of 3X.  I was so thrilled, I called everyone on Saturday to let them know.  Hope to see everyone at the next meeting. If someone could let me know when the next one is.  I am going to the meeting at MUSC on Tuesday the 16th. Does anyone use Select Fitness on Rivers Ave, I have to renew some where, but I need some real impressions??

Dr. Byrne is fantastic he operated on me two and a half  years ago. at the time I was 750 pounds! He was the only one willing to help me and he saved my life, right now I'm just under 400 and had my first plastic surgery on September 23rd along with a hernia repair. So I just want to congratulate you and tell you not to worry you are in great hands also his staff is fantastic too!!
