Try Dr. Espinal from Palmetto Surgery 803-342-5858. He's located right next to the hospital.
He is awesome. However the staff is rude and totally none helpful. Also when it comes to the physc. evaluation, he only has one guy you HAVE to go to. And this guy is a jerk. I forget the guys name, but he's arrogant and barely speaks English. You can hardly understand him.
I didn't go thru Dr. Espinal. I went thru Dr. Lowe who's located in Uptown Char. Near the Panthers Stadium.
But, if you can get past the rude staff and the asshole therapist.....Dr. Espinal is so worth it.

I've not heard about any great Dr.s in Rock Hill they all refused to talk to me until I had lost down to at least 450 pounds I was at 750 at that time Please go see Dr. Karl Byrne at MUSC in Charleston it will be well worth your time and travel

this board has been terribly slow the last few weeks but it slowed down a months ago for sure. I try to post on here to get people started but it doesn't do much good. Anyone have any ideas...

ugh ignore my ticker, i now have 40 lbs to go to goal.....i quit losing at 6 months out...never lost another pound......how did that happen.....i have some ideas......i started at 275, made it to 176, now at 189 ish.....and the only word that comes to mind is "FAILURE" ...i didnt have an "ANGEL" that the board used to do....so now what? go to the psyche??? now what? i have tried the pouch test in the past with success, but you cant stay on it forever......?

this board used to get used ALOT.....tons, minute by minute....but not so much anymore......
i have heard that staff from a dr started checking the boards, etc...i cant really say anymore as i do not know first hand what happened but you can put 2 and 2 together....this board should be a place to seek solace, advice, etc and i think it was used in a negative way..... i could be wrong

Chis, i have followed your progress since you started....REMARKABLE.....truly an inspiration to the rest of us to get off our rear ends LOL
I hope my 2 year surgiversary is awesome....and not a tragedy!!! I have a best friend who is a patient of Dr Bours from 5 years ago and she has gained back most of her weight....i try to learn from her mistakes and learn from others triumphs....not doing so good lately, but sooo love hearing success stories.....please keep it up and keep us posted!!!!!!!

Where did you go? do you still go to meetings? I havent been in forever, but under the impression most of Dr B's graduates dont go....in desperate need to touch base with you guys....Jenn? Kathy? Chris....OMG great job!!! you continue to amaze and inspire! Mary....
I assume you are doing just fabulous!! Where is everyone??? Yeah i am in desperate need of support and i know I need to get back to support groups at Dr Bs', but the timing of the meetings isnt good for my work schedule right now....i never made it to goal, never lost 100 lbs and have gained 13.....is everyone meeting outside on their own? or just doing their own thing?
