Dr. Byrne's Information Seminar

Very interesting night. When I go to hear him and he talks about the surgery, all those feelings come rushing back....am I eating right? Am I eating enough?? He talked about gaining back weight tonight and it really scared me!! :angst: He talked about how your body figures out what is going on at 18 months and then you gain it back, some or lots or all. NOT ME!! :chair: Anyway, It was a very good turnout, I would say 100 people or more were there. Brittain and I sat next to each other and laughed at some of the stuff he said, he was really funny :lol: It wasn't what he said as much as we had been through a lot of it, and knew all too well what dumping was all about and some of the other side effects. Dr. Baker was also there, and I sat next to her, she was very sweet. I like her a lot!! See you guys at MUSC on Thursday night at 6pm, then at JC's! :) :wave: Deborah :angel:

What was the main cause of regaining the weight after about 18 months? Eating too much? Or, does the body sabatoge us?
