Stress and my Pouch...

Hey everyone... I have been under a tremendous amount of stress the past two days and I am not able to eat. Everything I eat hurts my stomach. And when I am able to eat a little bit I end up vomiting it back up. HELP!!!! Any suggestions? --Kelly
