Lap-Band in Mexico

Greetings all! My insurance company has denied me again. I am at the end of my rope and seriously considering going to Mexico for the Lap-Band or RNY. The Lap-Band requires only an overnight stay, the RNy is 10 days total. My question is this, are there any doctors in South Carolina who do the Lap-Band and if so, could I get my fills done with them because I don't want to travel back and forth to Puerto Vallerta for fills. Any information would be appreciated
