FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY ... THE SCALES FINALLY MOVED DOWN OUT OF THE 210s INTO THE 200s LANDING AT 208.40 ... JUST THINK, IN 8 1/2 #s, I'LL BE IN "ONEDERLAND"! THIS HAS BEEN TOUGHER & LONGER THAN I EXPECTED, BUT I'M STILL THRILLED BECAUSE THE WEIGHT STILL KEEPS COMING OFF ... OH YEAH, THIS WEIGHT LOSS FINALLY GOT ME INTO THE 70 # REALM ... LOSING 71.40 #s NOW. I AM SOOOOOOOOO THRILLED!

Lady D, that is awesome! You must be so happy. I know there are milestones that I am looking forward to and how much it means to pass those.
Do you work? I am in West Ashley and I don't work, so I am always up for an exercising buddy. My favorite thing to do is to walk on the beach, but that might be too far away for you. I did belong to Curves before and that was fun.
How about if we set challenges for each other within the LCBB? It's a thought. I am one who also needs a kick in the behind to get exercising regularly, so I am up for any suggestions as well.

THANKS, THANKS, THANKS ... I KNOW MS CHRISTINE, THESE MILESTONES HAVE KEPT ME FOCUSED & MOTIVATED ... YA GET OUT OF THE 270s OR 250s, THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE SOME OF YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS, THEN YOU FIND THAT YOUR FEET ARE SMALLER & YOUR SHOES ARE LOOSE, A CO-MORB DISAPPEARS OR YOU CAN DO SOMETHING PHYSICAL YOU COULDN'T DO, OR YOU CAN SPIN YOUR RINGS ON YOUR FINGERS, THEN YOU FIND OUT YOU CAN WEAR A BLOUSE YOU COULDN'T EVEN GET OVER YOUR HEAD BEFORE ... OR, YOU GET A WONDERFUL COMPLIMENT THAT PLASTERS A SMILE ON YOUR FACE FROM EAR TO EAR ... RIGHT NOW, I'M SOOOOOOOOO FOCUSED ON "ONEDERLAND" ... THEN IT'LL BE THE 100 # MARK AT 179.80 ... & THEN I HAVEN'T BEEN THAT LOW IN A DECADE ... 10 LONG YEARS (1995-1996) WAS THE LAST TIME I WAS IN THE 100s. I GOT AS LOW AS 172 BUT COULDN'T MAINTAIN IT, NOT EVEN WITH MAJOR EXERCISE. SO, ONCE I GET PAST THE CENTURY MARK, 171 WILL BE A BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGIEEEEEEEE GOAL, THEN IT'LL ALL BE A FREEFALL OF SUCCESS AFTER SUCCESS!

Thanks for the exercise offer ... It would be a bit far away for me as we only have on vehicle so that means extra gas to take Nick back & forth to work + all the way to you & to the beach. We're on 1 income because I'm on a Family Medical Leave of Absence to help care for my momma who had multiple strokes. But, I sooooo thank you, Ms Christine, for the offer.
We will figure a way to get my backside moving! Today!
