Giggley neck?

Hi! First off, I'm soon to be 49 years old. Since Dec 30th, my Rny surgery date, I've gone from 248 to 180lbs. I am noticeing a little giggley on my neck/chin..not much, but it sticks out like a sore thumb to me. I'm wondering if this will firm up or am I going to just have to be accepting of it? My mother is nearly 70 years old and doesn't even have a giggley..
