BURNING CALORIES
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Do you burn more calories during cold weather or during warm weather?
The answer is amid colder temps. Who would've "thunk" it ?

The body uses far more calories to sustain itself and must work harder to generate enough heat to keep your body at a stable temperature.
There was a new's story recently about a team of women who went into the tundra and ate up to 8,000 calories per day and still lost weight. WHOAAAAAA !

Considering that the average person intakes about 2,000 calories per day - that's a lot of calories!
