Deb Schueler was in my mailbox today!

I just went and checked my mail and there was an MUSC checkup magazine from MUSC in there. I looked and noticed on the front cover it said "Weight Loss Surgery Program among best in the nation" so of course I turned to page 6 to read the story and there is Deb Schueler. I was so excited that she was in there. Just had to share that because I didn't know that was going to be in there and I almost threw it away before looking because the trash can is between the house and the mailbox and I usually get rid of junk mail before coming in the house. I never received this from MUSC before. GO DEB!!

It shocked me too!! I knew they were doing the article, but it was not supposed to be all me, it made me feel kinda bad for the guy who had lost like an incredible 250lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually gave one of my only 2 copies to a friend today at church, who's dad is well over 500lbs, and the poor man is so short, so he is about THE biggest person I have ever seen. I hope he will call me and ask questions, cause he has got to do something. My heart breaks for those who are too scared to take back their lives and who will not realize there is HOPE!!! GO DR BYRNE!!!! WE all owe that man a great deal more than a paycheck he receives...and probably not much from our ins. companies, for all he has done and how he is committed to helping those who are obese.
