Power Crunch ROCKS!!!

I love the Power Crunch Bars, thanks so much for telling me about them. I I love the triple chocolate and the peanut butter fudge. I think they are really sweet, and my husband agrees they taste wonderful! I am now a full convert/addict!!! It took them too long to ship from Anaheim, but I will probably put in a standing order now at the Vitamin Shoppe. I think we can ask the commissary to carry them for us too...those who shop on base, I will ask. Thanks for the good sweet tip, I don't consider this a protein, its too good for that, I now have a dessert I can have!!! YEAH!!

I DO THAT EVERY COUPLE WEEKS ... PUT IN A SPECIAL ORDER WITH MS GAYLE OR MS CAROL ... WE PICKED UP 3 BOXES LAST NIGHT & I GAVE OUT BARS AT OUR LCBB MEETING. I ONLY HAD THE TRIPLE CHOCOLATE (MY FAV) BUT THEY HAVE THE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE (NICK'S FAV) & THE FRENCH VANILLA (MS BRITTY'S FAV) ON THE SHELF RIGHT NOW AT THE STORE ON ASHLEY PHOSPHATE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY COOKIES 'N CREAM BUT MS GAYLE SAID THEY ARE DUE MORE IN ANY TIME NOW. SO, I PICKED UP 3 BOXES & ORDERED 6 ... WHEN THEY COME IN, I'LL PICK UP 3 BOXES & A WEEK OR 2 LATER, PICK UP THE OTHER 3 & THEN SPECIAL ORDER AGAIN. IT'S WORKS WONDERFULLY. THEY DON'T ALWAYS GET YOUR FULL SPECIAL ORDER IN AT ONE TIME, BUT WE'VE NEVER BEEN OUT OF POWER CRUNCH BARS SINCE I STARTED SPECIAL ORDERING. THEY HAVE SO MANY OF US LCBBuddies WANTING THE BARS THAT THEY HAVE HAD TO INCREASE THEIR STORE ORDERS JUST FOR US. GLAD YOU ARE ENJOYING THEM, MS DEB. I'll whisper, so that the people in the Greenville area won't hear! Just kidding of course!! Ya'll have got to try these!!! The Vitamin Shoppe in Greenville has had PLENTY of stock on all flavors. I found a new favorite....cookies and creme!!! I also got some more in GA while I was there yesterday!! Thank you, Ms Dawn, for making me try one!! I did not like the vanilla, and that had been the only one that I tried. I would have never tried any others if we hadn't gone there. I also have been making a mixture of my protein shakes (yes, Cheryl, I'm using MILK!!!)..I use a scoop of Matrix Orange Cream, 1/2 scoop of 100% Whey Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream and 1/2 scoop of Nectar Fuzzy Navel.....put in blender with about a cup of ice and 8 oz skim milk.....yummy. This actually stays good to the bottom without any kind of chalky stuff. I didn't really care for the fuzzy navel in with my crystal light....it tasted ok, but the color and having to shake it up everytime I drank it made me not want to drink it. (I'm my own worst enemy sometimes!!). Hugs, Dianne
